posting results : sec1'07 sqd taking nco. was kinda disappointd at first. i wantd to take the most senior sqd. but ok, it doesnt matter. LOL. then i decided i shall change the sec1s. attitude and stuffs. but i lose confidence in less than 5mins time. we took them, where is their respect for us? respect for their uniform?
so i tried to comfort myself by saying their bondg is quite gud. but whads the point. we seemd so out of situatn. they were like whispering among themselves, and its so obvious they are toking bout us =.=


so had a tok with their ex-ncos. recognised SOME of the probs faced by their sqd. lol. i dnoe how to continue taking this sqd. but i will try my very best to change them.
