in LT1, watch performances.
tong shou tong jiao, the first time i heard on tv i found it very touchg and i cried. i kept listening to it and turn numb le. wont cry lur. that time i went kbox with huiying and jiaying i sang it, i was laughing. (hy and jy knows the reason) this time round, i cried like nobody's business... they tried playing the song, i listend to the startg then i cried.
del and yt are like saying: wahlao, yixin, havent even start ley!
my reply was: the lyrics are flashing inside my mind liao..
HAHA. it sounds so stupid now.

look at the words highlighted in green, exactly whad i wna tell my cadets. i dnoe how yu guys felt when yu sang this song but i just want you guys to know that, yes, we pass out lur. BUT, i regarded yor like my little children, each and evryone of yor here.
i rmbred before annual camp, we have to choose the top 3 positions we want during NCO life. i put their sqd as the 1st choice(: because i want to influence this sqd, like how donglin they all motivate us(:
but, i kinda regret during the investiture, when i saw them playing and dropping beret onto the floor. LOL. (they were still young children back then.)
so posting results: SEC 2 SQD.
hewei, yunting, del and me walked towards them. they greetd us with looks like : "eee, they are our NCOs, i donwan" i was like...T.T (HAHA)
off to the concourse we went~ the NCOs keep coming to me:"yixin, can yu go control yor sqd? they started eating le ley!"
and caught cadet walking in the open without beret on that very same day.
its quite demoralising for the 4 of us? cux our job is to take them for a year, teach them and make shure they are up to standard.
that very night, at arnd 8pm, we were still in school. Had a tok with wenjie, estelle, jian an, lucas and jacklyn. (sec2s, do all these names ring a bell?) yup, they were telling us bout the problems.
wenjie: actually this sqd okay de laa, nort much problems
the 4 of us smiled, and nodded.
wenjie: just that no initiative, gort once pump very long, oso no timer.
estelle: yaa, somemore, once they late for very long
jian an: yaa! and sometimes, their attendance nort good de, some very fond of ponning.
lucas: and, their drills, nort rly very good. a lot no ninety, swing arms.
blah blah blah... blah...
the 4 of us: huh... like that basically evrythg oso gort prob lor...
that night, went home and realise their blogs have been updated. my feelg back then? i cant really describe. quite touched yet quite troubled, i dnow how to approach them the next activity.nvr been an NCO before. nvr take cadets before. nvr teach cadets before. nvr have cadets that i say :"this is my sqd, these are my cadets" kinda afraid i might harm them instead of help them.
1st activity, only sec2 sqd!:D they proved us wrong with the standard of their drills. they put in effort(: initiative, its there actually. a few keep volunteering.yup, but needa be fierce(?) HEHHxD
although they made a no. of mistakes, they showd us they are good.
slowly, i witnessd how this sqd grows. from little monkeys till... BIG monkeys, haha. monkeys who are bonding RATHER well(needa jiayou more~~!) HEHHHs.
Monkeys who nvr fail to surprise me with high standards of drills? HAHA. AT TIMES LAA! BLEAH.
Monkeys who always surprise me with great performances!:D
Monkeys who can bring laughter, yet can learn well.
Monkeys who are determind to score well.

sec2s, CLs to be, Most Senior Sqd, whadevr challenges yor might face in future, feel free to approach me(: i will try my best to help yor. i hope yor will bond as one, all 18 of yor. nort leaving anyone behind. yor are ONE SQUAD. i want to see all 18 of yor, rly rly united and strong. Endure yor sec3 life, and Cadet Leader life. Encourage each other to go on, dont give up no matter how tough the road is. Anythg difficult can be solved as long as all 18 of yor are there.
